Job Description: As a Product Owner, you’ll be leading the development and continuous improvement of a range of digital feature sets, working with talented designers and engineers to deliver the best outcomes for our customers. You’ll be setting the vision for a whole host of digital features, making sure that we create a world-class digital experience for our customers. What’s more, you’ll take ownership of the digital roadmap and the definition, management and prioritisation of the digital backlog. Job Responsibilities: Completing account opening processes, providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience Conducting financial health checks and reviewing customer accounts Identifying products and services that are right for our customers, helping them to make the most of their money and savings Identify opportunities to help customers with more complex needs such as mortgages, private banking, business banking and protection Completing outbound care calls to customers to grow and maintain the relationship Job Requirements: We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering excellent customer service in every interaction and who is motivated and driven to develop their career and meet branch & personal goals.
