Job Description In addition, the International IT Analyst will represent the international teams in project initiation and change management in the US through ensuring project scope and features accurately meet their needs. The International IT Analyst will become an expert in business procedures and processes and participate in business transformation and change management activities. This individual should demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication, productivity, and professionalism as well as understanding of different cultures and customs in countries where Costco does business around the world. In addition, the candidate will have the ability and/or aptitude for leadership and self-motivation, possessing analytical skills and Costco business expertise. The candidate should be comfortable with speaking in front of groups of people and leading meetings in person as well as on conference calls with all levels of IT and business teams.
