Job Description: As an Analyst/Senior Service Operations Analyst you will join EDC’s Technology and Security Operations team (TSO) performing service delivery management functions and oversight for EDC’s infrastructure/security managed service providers. The team is responsible to ensure that the managed service providers perform operations activities for network, compute, storage, telecom, cloud, IT facilities, and IT security to EDC’s requirements.
