Job Description To take responsibility of processing of transport orders in order to deliver a proper transport service and to drive the initiatives of centralized coordination, tracking & monitoring of all day to day activities related to Transportation Planning for enhancing customer experience and achieving best in class operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities Involve in Control Tower procedures any of new customers acquired after a main implementation flow Monitor the IT systems (OTM) and ensure compliance of all operational procedures Be responsible for full consistency of UltraLogistik Ways of Working Provide regular teleconferences with Countries, Support regular UltraLogistik Customer Connect meetings Receiving and processing all transport orders coming from customers/requestors Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service ordered Track the status of orders in the Oracle Transport Management System and communicate issues and solutions Prepare and monitor performance appraisal indicators (KPI) describing service level for customers being in charge of Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs Support Transport Manager and lead in optimization projects Job Requirements Understanding of W&T management practices, distribution network & channels SAP or any ERP system knowledge is preferable University degree in Logistics / Business Administration / Engineering 2-3 years of experience in similar in positions in Logistics / Planning Job Details Company: Unilever Vacancy Type: Full-time Job Location: Cairo, Egypt Application Deadline: N/A APPLY HERE careers-trivia.net
