Job Description: Cluster Delivery Head (CDH) will be accountable for delivery of a group of accounts. Accounts will have a mix of infrastructure services (majority) and application services. Role needs to leverage Wipro's current footprint in infra space and increase application services in the business mix. Each account will have an Account Delivery Head (ADH) and a group of ADHs will report into CDH. CDH will report to the overall BFSI Vertical Delivery Head (VDH). Job Responsibilities: Employee engagement, ESAT, grooming, hiring, competency building Take part in governance (steering com) meetings with clients Customer stakeholder management Financial parameters (Revenue including farming/CRs , OM, CoD) Job Requirements: Execution Excellence & Strategic Perspective Problem Solving & Decision Making Collaborative Working & Change Agility Passion for Results & Nurturing People Client Centricity Infrastructure space experience good to have.
