Job Responsibilities: Assist in the development, production, evaluation and monitoring of the relevant new and existing exception reports, including strategies and the upkeep of relevant documentation Produce both regular and ad-hoc reports to enable the evaluation and monitoring of the Intelligence Unit strategies ensuring all reports are accurate through thorough checking and validation Effectively communicate with department members on all levels and establish relationships with other business areas when necessary Identifying and providing innovative solutions to emerging risks, missed opportunities and complex issues Help protect the business from any insider fraud or abuse by creating reports, investigating and providing key MI Using current tools and seeking new tools to investigate and identify criminals, using social media and free available open source products to get one step closer to these individuals. Provide ad-hoc support to the security team on investigations when required Provision of accurately & timely information to support internal and external investigations Communicate to the wider function on findings within trends and patterns ensuring the business is aware of current events.
