Job Description: As a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) you will engage directly with customers and help them identify and realise the strategic and economic benefits of cloud adoption. You will be focused on accelerating the customer cloud journey, delivering frictionless migrations, and ensuring our customers realise the full potential and sustainable business advantages of migrating to the AWS cloud. Job Requirements: The ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment, as well as a rapid work pace. Certification and/or working experience of traditional and AGILE project management frameworks and techniques. This position requires that the candidate selected be willing to attain and maintain Security Check (SC) and Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV3) clearances. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to quickly earn trust and influence C-Suite/VP leaders on cloud adoption Qualification & Experience: 7+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale, IT or technical or engineering programs and projects. 3+ years of experience in end-to-end experiences in leading complex, large public cloud transformation projects.
