Job Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant is a key member of the team who coordinates a wide range of administrative functions and activities in support of the Branch Head. Responsibilities include managing the calendar of a busy senior executive, coordinating the flow and approval of documents, and managing financial resources. In addition, the Executive Assistant liaises with other government departments/agencies and external stakeholders in support of the Branch Head. The role involves both working autonomously and building strong relationships within the Branch and with other executive offices. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills are essential to respond effectively to shifting priorities in fast-paced environment. The position also requires high-levels of dependability and discretion.
