Job Responsibilities: Participates in capturing of data required for scanning activities & off-site storage Performing cross-functional clerical support functions and other related duties as required Assists with indexing, organizing, archiving and purging, files and/or documents for scanning Processes various tasks related to scanning Provides assistance and support with the modification and maintenance of electronic and paper information filing/retrieval methods, systems, and/or formats Participates in uploading scanned documents into the Transplant electronic health record Job Requirements: Knowledgeable in all Health Records functions Experience in a computerized Health Care Management System would be an asset Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Exceptional telephone and customer service skills Knowledgeable with legislation affecting privacy, access, and disclosure Job Details: Company: University Health Network Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Toronto, ON, CA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
