Job Description: The Senior Director Infrastructure Portfolio management leads overall Infrastructure PMO and will drive the cross-functional alignment to Infrastructure Delivery and Global Technology objectives. Drives the creation of integrated plans and provides top level views (health and status) on the portfolio of Infrastructure Delivery projects and programs. Functions as the central point that identifies how the infrastructure organization’s teams are functioning in terms of velocity, ability to hit dates, risks, and leverages the Global Technology intake process to determine resource needs. Uses available data to drive outcomes and urgency within the organization. Job Responsibilities: Communicates frequently and transparently with team via regular staff meetings and 1:1 discussion Establishes monthly reporting, where necessary Foresees, identifies, and resolves problems. Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to job. Identifies programs necessary to drive transparency and visibility into Infrastructure programs Manages and leads Infrastructure portfolios. Partners with other Global Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives Demonstrates an understanding of business priorities. Supports achievement of performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc. Oversees portfolio execution of Infrastructure strategic roadmap, plan development, and related exercises Collaborates with organizational leaders and product teams to implement, scale, and continuously improve agile practices by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Demonstrates advanced knowledge of function-specific procedures. Applies knowledge/judgment to achieve business goals. Understands and meets the needs of key stakeholders. Communicates concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand. Provides thought leadership and expertise on agile best practices in the Infrastructure environment with products in different stages of their agile journey Manages related IT budgets (capital and operational), annual program agendas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure objectives are met Provides leadership to operationalize SAFe Agile transformation.
