Job Responsibilities: As a Coordinator, Services, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of the Studio within a specific Sephora location. You will manage the client experience as well as provide feedback to the employees who provide services at the Studio and are also expected to perform services on clients as needed. In addition, you will: Drive client bookings & engagement with services, classes & events Ensure employees are engaging clients with our innovative digital tools that complement their shopping experience at the studio Support all store events.
