Job Description: This Manager Leads the strategic development and executional goals for content management and digital analytics tag implementation in Southwest digital channels including Southwest.com, mobile web, and apps. This position leads a team of individual contributors focused on meeting business objectives through the execution and delivery of high quality and effective Customer experiences. This person will act as the subject matter expert on third-party marketing technology solutions for use in digital channels and web analytics while regularly interfacing with the Technology organization within Southwest to implement those solutions Job Responsibilities: Owns the day to day task allocation among team members to ensure proper resourcing and capacity planning Shares responsibility with Technology for the Web Content Management (WCM) and Digital Analytics Tagging solutions and drives requirements from a Business perspective Creates strategies for web content management and digital analytics including developing long-term roadmaps and evaluating toolsets in support of organizational initiatives Leads and executes the Analytics implementation strategy as our subject matter expert on best practices Collaborates with internal teams to monitor performance and impact of all programs in digital channels to maximize effectiveness and optimize where needed Continuously monitors and improves the day-to-day workflow to ensure on-time and error free execution Collaborates on the strategy for selection and integration of digital marketing and marketing automation technologies Research and understand the ever-changing digital tool marketplace, and be ready with new ideas, strategies, and investments opportunities to help ensure our ability to market is always up-to-date Partners with Team to build a fact base and assemble business cases for strategic recommendations that are technical in nature Must be able to drive tool integrations and architecture between the Adobe Marketing Cloud and with CRM, Loyalty, CDW, and e-commerce platforms Responsible to oversee and ensure quality assurance of output developed by the technology teams and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes (data validation, etc.) Job Requirements: Ability to establish and inspire trust within Team and Marketing department Knowledge of best practices in web content management including front-end development Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to plan and drive large business initiatives to completion Strategic thinking skills, ability to see the big picture Ability to motivate, grow, and develop direct reports as well as Leaders Ability to gain commitment to shared goals with peers, team, and Marketing department Ability to demonstrate high emotional intelligence in various situations dealing with both internal and external resources Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in order to influence business decisions Communicates effectively by listening intently, questioning appropriately, and articulating clearly in both written and verbal formats Job Details: Company: Southwest Airlines Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Dallas, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
