Job Description:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a talented program manager to be part of the Management, Automation, Storage, Streaming, and Simulation (MAS3) Business Operations team. AWS innovates at an unmatched pace that continues to accelerate every year, with product operations at the center of this rapid innovation. This Program Manager, MAS3 Business Operations, will be responsible for working with service and stakeholder teams to track launches of new AWS services, products, as and features; driving key process improvement and automation initiatives; and maintaining organizational goals. The right candidate will have great organizational skills, be data-driven with solid analytical skills, and be able to exercise judgment while acting quickly. They will also be exceptional at building relationships within the team and across the business. In addition, they will have an ability to identify gaps in processes, and a successful track record for managing medium to large projects to establish new approaches and processes for getting things done at scale.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience writing executive-level communications and reports
- Experience in business process management, analysis and improvement
- 3+ years’ experience working on cross-functional teams/delivering cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, and risk
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of project/program management experience
- Familiarity with cloud computing/AWS products and services
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective solutions to business problems that are not always well defined
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and a focus on execution
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data in order to tell a clear story
- Ability to define and develop new processes and tools
- Bias for action, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and lead them through to conclusion
