Job Description: As a Sr. Software Developer you will work with technical leaders to define technical direction, hire and develop the skills of the teams you lead, and own the delivery of the products and programs they're tasked with. You are equally comfortable leading small, focused project teams as well as making major direct contributions to the project. You deliver features, both directly and through the teams you lead, with minimal direct oversight. You are also adept at recruiting and developing bar-raising talent.
