At Amazon Pharmacy, we are committed to building the world’s most customer-centric pharmacy experience. We do this by delivering a convenient, shoppable pharmacy experience that allows customers to compare prices and order medications for home delivery. As part of the Purchase Experience team, you will be directly responsible for defining and delivering this vision. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to launch the multi pill packet format experience and own the share of wallet goal. The ideal candidate brings a strong product management track record for defining, building, and delivering customer-obsessed products and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand pharmacy customer needs and develop customer-obsessed products that account for operational, privacy, clinical, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across UX, Tech, PMO, Finance, Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Compliance to build and execute product roadmap.
  • Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions, surfacing and mitigating risks, and escalating appropriately.
  • Align stakeholders on a shared vision and defined milestones, advocating for resources to accomplish plan.
  • Improve metrics for how we evaluate share of wallet.
  • Develop scalable and effective mechanisms for reviewing, managing, and reporting on product roadmap.

Job Requirements:

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to use data and metrics to inform vision, requirements, and prioritization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related business or technical fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management.
  • Experience influencing multiple diverse stakeholders to align and deliver product vision.
  • Demonstrated success leading product roadmap strategy with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Experience working with technical teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements.
