Job Description:

This role will focus on the continued delivery of our offer, including communicating our offer, maintaining our content on our corporate learning management system and internal systems (such as SharePoint), maintaining learning records, reporting and general training administration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Excellent PC usage including SharePoint editing, PowerPoint, Excel data manipulation & reporting and various office packages
  • Learning management system experience
  • Passion for learning and self-development and ability to articulate this to others
  • Planning and prioritisation skills that deliver activities on time and to budget
  • Great attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to identify opportunities to simplify current training to make it more effective
  • Ability to influence colleagues, leadership, and suppliers with impact to ensure delivery of tasks and milestones within plan
  • Organisational skills: Ability to manage workload to deliver key tasks to meet deadlines
