Playing a key role within the management team of our new Local Fulfilment Centre, reporting into the on-site Shift Manager, you will deliver great service to our customers through leadership of your teams within the warehouse or transport functions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved with efficiency. You will have the ability to respond to customer demands and changes to volume in line with legal and budgetary requirements.
Ideally, you will have experience of a Warehouse or Retail operation and have the experience of leading a diverse team within a unionised environment. You will show effective decision making through strong communication and listening skills; be able to engage and motivate colleagues at all levels through effective performance management and coaching and drive a team culture where all colleagues understand and recognise how their actions impact service and business results.

The centre is a 24-hour operation so there are various shift patterns available, including nights.
