Job Description:

There are multiple CSAT programmes in the business namely Food (Sainsbury’s), and Non-food (Argos, Habitat and Tu) and this role will work across all brands facing for the most part into our Retail teams.

The main aim of the role is to champion customer satisfaction (CSAT) within retail focusing on engagement, reporting and insight. You will be the go-to person for Retail when it comes to CSAT queries and training.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train Retail colleagues on what CSAT is, why we use it and how we use the data
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to champion CSAT data in the business and provide insight that is relevant and timely
  • Deliver regular retail focussed reporting from each programme in the form of dashboards, insight packs and presentations
  • Provide ad hoc data cuts and the commentary that sits alongside these for retail leaders as and when needed
  • Lead on and work with the Insight Managers to launch and embed our CSAT programmes within Retail, thinking specifically about communication, engagement and relationship building
  • Work with the wider business (especially the rest of the Insight team and Customer Experience) to land ongoing improvements in the programme
  • Work alongside the Customer Insight Managers (CSAT and Retail) to deliver a joined up view on customer experience across all channels and brands.
  • Execute deep dives into specific retail operational areas, monitoring overall progress in key identified areas
  • Develop close working relationships with the relevant stakeholders across the business

Job Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; great ways of working with technical functions and product owners
  • An understanding CSAT data, what it means – and what it doesn’t mean. Be able to explain this clearly and compellingly to the business
  • Strong organisation and programme management skills, juggling multiple (varied) strands of work simultaneously
  • Clarity of thought, strategic thinking & a methodical approach to problem solving
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets
  • Energy and enthusiasm about customer satisfaction programmes (CSAT)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong grasp of PowerPoint
