Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Analysts to ensure alignment and key insights are available for key projects
  • Own, creates content and lead the monthly meetings
  • Be able to effectively influence as required for the role, including within your team, in other teams and externally
  • Know in detail the key commercials of your account
  • Be constantly aware of all impacts to revenue and key drivers e.g. cancelled, under / over performing campaigns
  • Plan and manage multiple workstreams/projects not just campaigns
  • Give guidance on the strategy behind campaigns e.g. develop a strategy to drive redemptions
  • Be confident in attending/ leading meetings with Partners on your own and dealing with any uncertainties that come up as part of BAU
  • Own and develop the account revenue forecast
  • Be the ‘go-to’ person internally and externally for Partner
  • Be aware of what’s happening in the loyalty space and proactively shares an opinion on this

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience of working in a marketing role
  • Confidence in dealing with clients
  • ‘Can do’ attitude – able to use initiative
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Good knowledge of Direct Marketing/CRM is essential
  • Web experience is desirable
