Job Description:

You will pull together & lead the right cross-functional team on programmes from ideation through to initial implementation working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business at all levels to lead and accelerate change. You will drive end-to-end thinking, employing an outcome-centric & hypothesis-led approach to problem solving & innovation. Your programmes will be led brilliantly to deliver change at pace, creating high-performing E2E teams. As the face of the programme you will galvanise others to get behind the change, and champion a Transformation mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Employ an agile mind-set to break down & accelerate delivery of complex programmes
  • Challenge the business to ensure projects set up to deliver with purpose at pace, forcing a discipline to build the right scope, team constructs & E2E ways of working to deliver success at pace
  • Drive clarity and simplicity from positions of ambiguity by framing the right business questions and employing an outcome-centric & hypothesis-led approach
  • Champion end-to-end thinking across your programmes, connecting people & projects
  • Brilliant leadership of complex programmes of work; including scoping, building cross-business support, engagement and investment, trialling, iterating, and embedding
  • Be creative in bringing the right insights and people together to help solve our toughest business problems and make practical recommendations to the business
  • Role model positive, collaborative, and agile ways of working with all areas of the business
  • Demonstrate thought leadership & curiosity to stretch business thinking E2E, challenging the status quo & driving innovative solutions
  • Forward-thinking & proactive leadership, to own the narrative as well as to manage/mitigate risks

Job Requirements:

  • Strength in driving end-to-end strategic thinking, using outcome-centric & hypothesis-led approaches
  • Stakeholder management skills e.g. able to tailor messages to multiple audiences
  • Curiosity & drive to identify & chase potential opportunities / challenges
  • Successful experience of working on shaping and implementing major Change projects/programmes.
  • A strength in using data, insight and external innovation to drive complex decisions/projects
  • Well organised with experience of working within a change or programme management environment
  • Experience of managing and using data, insight and external stimulus to drive projects to completion
  • Successful experience of working on implementation of major Change projects and programmes
  • Experience in reporting, coordinating and developing of MI and dashboards that enable the right behaviour and decisions making
  • Ability to work independently and drive change proactively across different stakeholder groups
  • Experience in supporting the organizing and structuring of complex Transformation programmes
  • Ability to identify strategic issues, synthesise information and present recommendations in a clear and structured manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and ability to demonstrate structured approach to solving problem
  • Ability to see the bigger picture & connect the dots across multiple projects/parts of the business
