Job Description:
As a change co-ordinator in Asda, you will focus on the people side of change, including business processes, system, and technology. You will provide change management, training, and communication support for a defined program area. The change co-ordinator will support the change manager ensuring the integration of change management activities into project plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Capture the change impacts on our colleagues from a process/behaviour and people perspective
- Understand the learning needs from across the business by your area by working with the functional teams to establish capability gaps
- Support the creation of a plan to implement the change in your area
- Working with business SMEs to support and report on any change management projects
- Support the implementation of the change strategy in your area, by developing communication and engagement materials for your area covering training, pre-Go-Live, cut-over, transition states and post Go Live hyper care package.
- Supports the wider change team on events and logistics planning
Job Requirements:
- Ability to build strong working relationships by sharing a vision and bringing people on a journey
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
