Job Description:

As a Recruiter for our Customer Care and Supply chain teams, you will support the Senior Talent Partner in driving and executing a Talent Acquisition plan for Customer Care and Supply Chain (CC& SC) that addresses the current and future Talent needs of CC &SC in line with our long-term ambitions. You will play a key role in attracting, assessing and hiring the best talent in the market to enable Customer Care’s and Supply Chain future success, advising and informing the business as to the latest market trends, competitor landscape & providing direction on the most efficient routes to market to access the best Talent available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Screening and booking of candidates for a variety of volume and/or specialist roles across our Customer and Supply Chain Operation function
  • Identifying and fostering relationships externally with hard to attract/source talent – adept in networking and curating in-demand talent
  • Supporting with both the build and facilitation of Assessment Centres, ensuing fairness and consistency across all processes creating a best in class candidate & hiring manager experience
  • Managing end to end, the recruitment of unique roles across our support functions – Transformation, Planning and Service Support and Insights
  • Identifying the most effective recruitment methods when advertising roles across all our business functions that provides a strong ROI
  • Screening CV’s and video interviews, conducting telephone and face to face interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from end to end regardless of outcome
  • Building strong partnering relationships within the People Experience team and Hiring Managers across the business at all levels
  • Using industry knowledge to advise stakeholders on patterns and trends/reporting key recruitment statistics
  • Utilising social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success
  • Working in partnership with the wider People Experience team to build a strong employer brand, integrating all our social media strategies; including ASOS careers page, LinkedIn, Twitter etc
  • Managing and liaising with external recruitment agencies agreeing terms and SLA’s
  • General recruitment administration e.g. booking interviews/rooms, maintaining ATS system

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business

  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience in the utilisation and deployment of an Employer Brand proposition
  • Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to minimise agency usage
  • A good understanding of a variety of assessment methodologies and approaches for customer care and/or entry-level roles – both technical & behavioural
  • Good presentation skills – an ability to engage medium-large sized audiences
  • Experience of successfully sourcing hard to find talent via Social tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc
  • A strong Recruitment / Talent background either from an agency, RPO or in-house environment; able to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight timelines
  • A basic understanding and appreciation of psychometric/non-technical testing tools and their place in a volumetric hiring model
