Job Description:

You will play a critical role in the overall success of the Talent Acquisition function, partnering closely with the Operations teams of our business, focusing on talent requirements both current & future, in a fast paced, high growth & creative environment. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting and hiring the best talent in the market for ASOS, being a champion for our employer brand and helping ensure that ASOS continues to be a destination of choice in our industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining and delivering ideal hiring strategies across several roles in our Operations business area from attraction & candidate engagement to selection and offer process e.g. Finance, Legal, Procurement and PX to name a few.
  • Take ownership and play an active role in the on-going management of Headcount and vacancies within the Operations business area – working closely with PX Partnering & Finance
  • Build strong relationships with PXT team members, stakeholders, internal teams and suppliers ensuring alignment, collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Plan our own & attend industry specific events that will increase our reach to future talent
  • Make recommendations and drive best practice amongst team regarding candidate & hiring manager experience
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV’s, conducting interviews, offer
  • Continuously look for new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment process to adapt to growing business demands
  • Lead on business critical / prioritised projects and continuous improvement initiatives – e.g. when we are being externally audited, our Careers Site, Talent Dashboards etc
  • Produce management reporting for your business areas and be able to make recommendations based on the data
  • Work with our Employer Brand Advisor to help promote ASOS as an employer of choice via content specific to your business area for deployment across various social media channels e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor etc
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party providers including Terms and SLA’s – being the chief point of contact in your area regarding the management and curation of a comprehensive PSL

Job Requirements:

  • Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to minimise agency usage
  • Experience using Social media tools in a Recruitment context – e.g. LinkedIn
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to juggle multiple demands
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business
  • Strong organisation skills and be able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Thrives on a fast paced environment and flexible and adaptable to change
  • A strong team player and collaborative approach – happy to ‘get stuck in’ as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • An ability to solve problems and think creatively
