Job Description: Reporting to the Finance Manager – IT Shared Services (WBA ITSIL), this Finance Business Partner role is responsible for providing finance support to IT service leads, in particular IT Technical Services (TS), through a combination of the monthly performance review process, the twice-yearly forecasting and budgeting process – both financial and operational KPIs and being finance lead in projects requiring significant investments. Job Responsibilities: Review project spend vs. forecast to ensure projects remain on track to deliver defined benefits within budget Support Ad hoc reporting requirements using Cognos (TM1), or off-line information consolidation to support business information needed Own and maintain Risks & Opportunities (R&O) register for Technical services Support the IT Shared Services team with on-going development and build of a new cost recharge methodology and tool Lead monthly management reviews with service leads to explain deviations from budgets and align on remedial action. Support implementation of internal financial reporting system (TM1) and drive the changes required to achieve efficiency and effective of reporting both International and global IT teams Lead the Budgeting & 3YP process for TS, from development of appropriate models and templates, through to consolidation and review of the submissions. Provide financial modelling & insightful analytical support to the IT Infrastructure leadership team in significant investments Job Requirements: Previous experience of managing a team desirable, but not essential Excellent MS Excel skills and proficient in MS Powerpoint Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with 2+ Years post qualified experience in a commercial or partnering finance role Ability to build effective relationships and network across the organisation Previous experience of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting Cognos and SAP experience desirable Ability to work day to day in a challenging, fast-paced, goal-focussed organisation Job Details: Company: Boots Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Nottingham, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
