Job Description:
To help define where and how we work, CTC has introduced Hybrid Workplace Personas. The Analyst position is categorized as a Connector, which means that the incumbent will be working with a variety of colleagues and partners to achieve business outcomes that require a mixed use of virtual and CTC campus presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new data visualization dashboards while enhancing and maintaining existing reports; utilizing platforms such as Tableau
- Explore and analyze data from multiple databases and resources
- Develop marketing campaign targeting incorporating test and learn strategies for digital/email/traditional channels based on objectives obtained through written and verbal communication with our business partners
- Generate ad-hoc analysis based on customer data and transactional behaviour, enabling our business partners to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with multiple parts of the business and serve as a subject matter expert
- Provide ongoing and ad-hoc campaign performance analysis which will include success of the campaign, insights and recommendations for future campaigns
Job Requirements:
- Welcoming new graduates or minimum of at least 1 year of experience working in a previous analytics environment
- Ability to translate business needs into program/technical requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Undergraduate degree in Math, Science, Economics or related programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Adaptable and flexible; ability to navigate changing priorities
- Intermediate programming experience in SAS and/or SQL
- Intermediate knowledge of Python, R, Hive
