Job Description:
We’re looking for a tenacious self-starter with a passion for sales automation and GTM strategies, who can serve as a strong advocate for our customers. You should have strong writing skills, an ability to technically dive deep, work with development and product management teams, and possess the desire to develop ideas independently in a fast-paced start-up environment. You must have a track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Productivity analysis
- Responsible for coordinating activities, helping the overall success of the portfolio of offerings and the necessary change management. Involves working with multiple internal stakeholders, product teams, and leadership
- P&L analysis
- Partner with STOs across the portfolio
- Coordinate engagement with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Responsible for delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly business reporting
- Drive working backwards plans for business and operational reviews, goals, OP1s, etc.
- Roadmap planning and delivery
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, – Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Strong business-process design experience
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in Product Management, Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related fields
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results

- Deep experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks

- Experience hiring and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with all levels of internal stakeholders
- Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles and functional requirements for this role
