The Alexa Skills Kit team is looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager who can own the vision for how we enable developers to do experimentation (A/B testing), support continuous testing when building skills and use ML to shorten multi-locale skill development.

Job Responsibilities:

• In this role you will work closely with developers to understand their needs and aspirations.
• You will create PRFAQs, product requirement documents, own the roadmap for your space, and work closely with a development team to ship your vision.
• You’ll also work closely with connected teams across Amazon, including various Alexa experiences like Alexa Kitchen, Alexa Games, Alexa Music, Alexa Smart Home, etc.
• You will define how we evaluate opportunities by working with various Alexa domain teams, build internal and external relationships to scope and prioritize them, and then work with a development team to deliver.
• A successful candidate will have a passion for developers and experience with cloud services or mobile application development.
• You’ll have experience working closely with colleagues from engineering, UX, and marketing to deliver products.
• You’ll be familiar with common developer platforms and have a background in product management.
• You should also be looking to join a team that enjoys working together to solve problems and ship great products.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work autonomously and drive structure around ambiguous problems
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Experience interacting with developers and translating their needs into scoped requirements
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience with platforms and development tools
• MBA or Master’s Degree
• Entrepreneurial, with a track record of shipping products
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Bachelor’s Degree
