Job Description:

You will create user-friendly reporting structures and dashboards to increase our CRM analytical capabilities and derive actionable insights to solve key business issues. Your experience, logic and critical reasoning skills will help to define our go-to-market customer strategy and accelerate growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and translate data findings to create visually compelling, data-driven presentation stories including implications and recommendations that answer stakeholder needs and/or business issues
  • Establish and manage Change Management / Governance / Center of Excellence programs within Sobeys Inc.
  • Define business key performance indicators, and relevant drivers and factors that can help achieve business objectives
  • Ensure CRM Salesforce data is accurate by regularly examining records and resolving any quality issues or discrepancies
  • Build client relationships and address questions and requests from internal stakeholders, including from the executive level
  • Identify and define opportunities to improve Salesforce reporting and ensure standards evolve with business needs
  • Create, edit, and manage workspaces, data streams, reports, and dashboards

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience developing Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Warehousing solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, but also know when to move things forward independently
  • A highly detail-oriented team player
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, statistics, or related field
  • A leader with outstanding written and verbal communications skills as well as highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize numerous, simultaneous projects and lead end-to-end delivery
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Project Management
  • Extensive experience using Excel
  • Proficiency in databases (ability to work with and understand data models, large data sets, and processes) and SQL is a plus
  • Able to synthesize Salesforce CRM analytics with other research learnings to tell a complete story
  • Experience with Nielsen, Environics, Tableau, Loyalty Data Analytics, and Google Analytics
  • Become Datorama Certified and stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings by taking Datorama University courses and attending webinars
  • 3+ years experience in digital analytics
