Job Description:

As a Business Systems Sr. Analyst, you will be the bridge between business and technology for the Home owner Division. You will manage the ongoing design, development and maintenance of our Home Owner technical infrastructure solution created using the Microsoft SharePoint web platform while supporting policy analysis, research and the divisional workplan,

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages and completes multiple simultaneous projects for several different clients using project management skills, as well as participates in team settings requiring work on multiple projects, including analyzes potential conflicting priorities from various regions or divisions and recommends work schedules, and delivers products as proposed.
• Provide expert user support and guidance, along with user training and documentation, as required.
• Performs quantitative analysis and modeling of policy issues and development of automation and re-engineering opportunities for division by streamlining processes and development and enhancement of new and existing products.
• Provide analytical and research support to the Home Owner Policy team on a project basis.
• Understand the division’s collaboration, workflow, data and document management requirements and opportunities, working closely with users and stakeholders to analyze and determine detailed business requirements as they relate to SharePoint solution opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Expert-level workflow and technical documentation skills
• Understanding of the Home Owner Housing Environment and CMHC Home Owner Programs is an asset
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Microsoft Sharepoint training and certification with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis and technical architecture roles in complex business environments.
• Experience with Power BI is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills and ability to undertake and complete multiple concurrent tasks.
