Job Description: If you are the selected as the Electrician, you will become an important part of the Integrated Operations team reporting to the Electrical Superintendent. You will support critical Electrical activities for the Midland Basin production and facilities group. Job Responsibilities: Maintaining inventory and equipment logs Performing minor maintenance on electronic instrumentation Consulting with vendors on the design and installation of new electrical equipment Purchasing new electronic equipment as necessary Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical equipment including tank levels, pressure instrumentation, safety switches, LACT units, automation timers, telephone lines and systems, chromatographs, electric motors and pumps, wiring conduits, motor starters, generators, control panels, voltage regulators, rectifiers, transformers, gas detectors, and fire alarm systems Interpreting schematics for electrical systems Job Requirements: Hold a valid/current Commercial and Residential Electrical License (EE98/EE98J/Journeyman) in New Mexico, Texas or both Demonstrated ability with computers and able to utilize basic programs Demonstrated work experience and knowledge of high-voltage power line construction maintenance and repair, including transformer sizing, and installation Strong communication and collaboration skills Valid driver's license 3+ years of electrician experience in an oil and gas production operating setting Ability to work in a fast-paced organization Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by courageously dealing with important problems, holding others accountable and standing up for what is right Prior work experience and general knowledge and ability to program PLC’s basic calibration of flow, temperature, and pressure devices Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee or asylee Job Details: Company: ConocoPhillips Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Tulsa, OK, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
