Job Description: The O&M Analyst will lead Alaska’s charge to revolutionize our Plant Maintenance program by utilizing advanced analytics methodologies to manage the quality of master data, identifying/implementing new process workflows to streamline Capital Project to Operations data handover, and partnering with our Willow team to move Alaska from a document centric to a data centric model across all North Slope assets. Job Responsibilities: Evaluate historical, status quo data practices and find opportunities for improvement Develop analytical tools to proactively identify incorrect and/or missing information across our entire master maintenance data sets (functional locations, documentation/DMS, plant maintenance, product structures, etc.) and implement additional tools, processes, etc. to correct Become a specialist within the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module and gain insight to Operations acumen Support ongoing initiatives such as the PM Rationalization project, Willow data integration and Maintenance Strategy re-design Liaison between NextGen teams and assist with future data conversion efforts Support and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System. Actively participate in proactive safety processes Partner with the Capital Projects, Supply Chain, Materials, etc. organizations to ensure data flow processes are efficient, accurate and timely Periodic travel to our North Slope assets to meet crafts, leads, and superintendents and continue to champion a positive working relationship, gain an understanding of “why” this matters Manage day-to-day responsibilities which include creating/updating/inactivating maintenance plans to support Operational changes Job Requirements: Knowledge of oil field processes, equipment, and maintenance practices Able to read and understand engineering drawings and documents Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to work effectively in a team environment with technical, operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance personnel Constantly search for and implement new ways of doing business better Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee or asylee Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field or foreign equivalent Qualification & Experience: 1+ years of experience supporting Alaska business 3+ years of experience with SAP PM Module 3+ years of programming experience across multiple languages 1+ year of experience working with Alaska oil & gas industry 1+ years of analytic tools such as Spotfire, PowerBI, etc. Job Details: Company: ConocoPhillips Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Fairbanks, AK, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
