Job Responsibilities:

  • undergo training and learn the technical, customer service and sales skills you’ll need to support your success in this role
  • act as an ambassador of Co-op Legal Services, providing excellent customer service to each and every customer
  • support potential customers who have enquired about our services through a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • provide initial information and guidance and, where appropriate, arrange home visits or telephone appointments for our customers, managing multiple diaries to ensure an excellent customer experience and optimum commercial outcome

Job Requirements:

  • a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop in your role
  • a passion for pursuing a career in legal services
  • a strong understanding of the importance of great customer service
  • outstanding communication skills, with the ability to bring your personality across to customers over the phone, and handle calls with both care and professionalism
  • good basic IT skills with the ability to use programmes such as Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel comfortably
