Job Description:

As a fleet administrator you’ll have the chance to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external people. Job Responsibilities:

  •  support a variety of areas within the national transport fleet team
  • carry out general systems administration to support the wider team
  • report and monitor key management information (MI) and data
  • deal with a wide range of internal colleagues and external partners
  • help to redefine processes and ways of working in the team to drive efficiencies

Job Requirements:

  • a proactive approach
  • previous admin experience or experience
  • the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • good general IT skills with the ability to confidently use programmes in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • the ability to influence and challenge others to get the right results
  • a high level of attention to detail
