Job Description: Serves as the key analytical consultant in formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the group’s / organization's business plan, strategy and industry requirements. Job Responsibilities: Coordinates design reviews and provides feedback for related system interfaces. Develops short and long term strategies, roadmaps, and product release plans that are prioritize and aligned to business goals and objectives. Balances daily objectives to ensure internal customer support. Focuses on business process analysis and modeling. Ensures broad integration of business processes and systems and provides guidance on business implications of any proposed changes to various applications systems. Ensures alignment of projects to business strategy. Champions Agile Kanban and Scrum product development methods with agile teams to drive improvements to key metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and flow efficiency. Leads trailblazing and discovery ceremonies to produce a prioritized product backlog. Leads conceptual phase of projects to stimulate discussions with stakeholders from different lines of business. Collects and defines business requirements and translates into functional outcomes for complex Technology projects. Creates and reviews business cases, use cases, and story boards. Facilitates requirements discussion towards stated business goals and manages group dynamics for complex projects. Provides analytical consulting on complex projects. Defines measures of success with business as it relates to projects. Coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) and development of test cases. Implements test strategy and quality assurance with business partners. Provides functional consulting and supports on end-to-end business process and technical systems issues as it relates to impact on business, overall integration, and broad test strategies.
