Job Description:
Managing after sales services, handling site installation vendors, Taking care of customer escalations. Account relationship management to provide service for our B2B/ MDU accounts in DTH, inventory management , partner management and drive customer retention.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the team responsible for installing, servicing and repairing structures and major components; guiding them on correct installation processes.
- Responsible for Site surveys, network planning & deployment along with Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation

Job Requirements:
- Perform Periodic health check visits and account management for ensuring customers stay on the network
- Ensuring timely submissions of invoices to accounts at the time of renewal and thereby help in reduction of suspension and Churn
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have: 4 – 6 years of experience (Preferably network/ technical experience)
