Job Description: Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Responsible for the physical receipt, storage, pick, pack, ship, transport and delivery of inventory. Job Responsibilities: Pick, pack and deliver materials and/or packages to staging/production areas or to internal customers. Receive materials, packages and/or finished goods on a daily basis. Verify the quality, type and amount of materials received are correct and preform ERP transactions as necessary. Unload, load, put away and retrieve material utilizing hand trucks, powered forklifts, or other material handling equipment. Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. Performs and/or assists in cycle count activities. Job Requirements: Acceptable driving record. Two or more years of forklift experience with the ability to obtain a forklift certification. Turret truck experience is a plus. Solid written and verbal English communication skills as well as strong mathematical skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of database basics such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (Oracle, SAP). Has the ability to operate computer systems and software applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). Qualification & Experience: 1+ year experience operating electric powered material handling equipment and/or certified by Dexcom on MHE 1+ year experience in a cGMP environment Knowledge of or experience in 5S/lean/ six sigma environment 2-6 months utilizing Oracle ERP/HighJump WMS or 6+ months experience completing transactions in other ERP/WMS systems 1+ years of experience in material handling role Class C license and clean driving record.
