This role is accountable for the enterprise business support functions for Enterprise Work Management systems, including both change and incident management. Works with key stakeholders across all business units as well as other enterprise support teams to prioritize, plan, coordinate and implement changes to existing solutions.

Until Q1 2022 when Unify and Connect will go-live with Release 3, this role will be seconded to the Connect Program as the Mobility Functional Manager providing the business leadership for the mobility program across the enterprise representing 4000 field users. Accountable for ensuring the Mobility solution design meets the needs of the enterprise and leading a team of Functional Subject Matter Experts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tracks, monitors and communicates Functional stream progress against the project plan, requirements, quality measures and landmarks and assists the Program Manager in overall status reporting
  • Accountable for existing enterprise business sustainment activities
  • Coordinate with business specialists in identifying and validating new or changed business requirements
  • Accountable for the business implementation of the mobility applications across all of Enbridge.
  • Sign-off acceptance of the solution meeting business scope and requirements
  • Work with Program Manager and Solution Architect to identify gaps/issues with the integration approach and to resolve
  • Influence senior business leaders across the enterprise to achieve the mobility vision as well as overall program support
  • Bring an “enterprise-first” attitude
  • Responsible for the integration with all other program teams including prioritization of requirements and issue identification
  • Facilitates the documentation associated with the new business processes and approval of the functional design
  • Work with the PMO and OCM to ensure business engagement and business readiness for the solution

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours when required, some travel required across North America
  • Ability to influence at senior levels
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding facilitation, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle critical and sophisticated issues with good judgment, tact, and discretion
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience in business support principles and methodologies for technology solutions. Experience with change, incident and problem management processes.
  • Positive relationship management capabilities and must be comfortable dealing with front line to senior leaders
  • Related university degree and ten or more years of directly related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.
  • Demonstrable understanding of gas and liquids pipeline operations
