Job Description: As a Groom you will assist in the day to day care of the horses including turning out to a very high standard, exercising and training the horses. As a key member of the stables team, your main priorities will be the care and welfare of the horses as well as positive interaction with the public. You will be happy to take part in displays and events and enjoy being part of a busy team with constantly changing priorities. Job Responsibilities: You will also be responsible for delivering an exemplary visitor experience, including leading tours and historic equestrian demonstrations, whilst ensuring the stables is a safe and enjoyable space for our visitors. Reporting to the Stables Manager, you will run the stables following their leadership and work collaboratively with the stables team. Qualification & Experience: Experience of working with horses in a professional environment is essential and it will be of benefit to have experience working with horses in public spaces. Experience working in a customer service based role or similar position would be beneficial.
