Job Responsibilities: Additional duties as assigned Ensure design deliverables are clear to product and development teams Operate in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment Partner with other UX designers, product managers, engineering and stakeholders through the company to understand and help shape UX goals Proficiency in Adobe XD Evangelize and advocate for User-centered design best practices throughout the organization Articulate the best UI/UX solutions for customers through hi-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes and process flows Inform project requirements and play a large role in defining the product strategy Investigate the competitive landscape and stay informed of trends in ecommerce, new technologies and interaction design Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems across multiple brands Independently conduct UX research studies and stakeholder interviews to establish and maintain a shared understanding of customer needs and opportunities Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years relevant work experience), preferably in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Visual Design, Computer Science, or related field. 7 years of relevant work experience within user experience design or interaction design (in addition to degree or years of previous experience), preferably within an e-commerce environment. 3 years of experience with using site metrics to inform design decisions. 4 years of experience with user-centered design techniques; development of scalable organizational/structural concepts for websites; project processes for the development of large-scale website projects; documentation requirements for web development teams; application of web content management, personalization, targeting, navigation and search systems. Must demonstrate outstanding visual design talent for interactive design and UI design. Skilled understanding of how customers browse, view and focus on graphics. Skilled knowledge of UI and UX principles with demonstrated UI and UX design skills and a strong portfolio. Skilled proficiency with industry-standard software such as OmniGraffle and Visio for diagramming.
