Job Description: The System Administrator is responsible for support, configuration, maintenance, and operations of the Windows server and Active Directory environment. Emphasis on building automation processes, scripting, and PowerShell experience. System Administrator requires knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO). Job Responsibilities: Work with System Administrator team to learn server environment Maintain/upgrade/build/implement Windows Systems Manage/maintain/troubleshoot Group Policies within Active Directory Maintain, configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot server software Manage user accounts and access to systems Daily resolution of ticket/issues sent to System Administrator queue Perform daily monitoring of environment including hardware, applications, key processes, and scheduled jobs Maintain daily backup operations following operational guidelines Develop, maintain, and contribute to installation and configuration procedures documentation Work with Security team to review audits, policies, and procedures Assist support and monitor Azure environment Support Terminal Server environment Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Ability to work in team environment and individually Minimum of 6 years IT experience in an advanced role Problem troubleshooting and solving ability Excellent written and oral communication skills including documentation Ability to learn new technology and skills quickly Qualification & Experience: Understanding of A/D objects and layout Intermediate knowledge of Group Policy – deployment and development Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP, and SSL Expert knowledge of Windows Server systems (Win 2012, 2016, 2019) Expert scripting in PowerShell Understanding of SQL Database and basic query skills Vmware knowledge Understanding of Cisco UCS Hardware Exchange knowledge a plus Job Details: Company: Hobby Lobby Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
