Job Description:

This role will be part of the Global Real Estate team taking a leadership role on energy and sustainability across Honeywell’s global portfolio of 800 sites & 52M SF.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in Global Real Estate meetings collaborating with regional Real Estate & Facilities Leaders, Strategic Planners, business stakeholders & service providers to present program updates, KPI progress and ensure coordination amongst teams where applicable
- Co-Chair the cross-functional Sustainability Council whose objective is to define and meet the company’s short- and long-term goals for increasing energy efficiency, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, minimizing waste, saving water and achieving carbon neutrality by 2035
- Thought leadership – Leverage industry knowledge, key partners and analytics to identify new ideas to meet the company’s goals
- Partner with Analytics COE to ensure accurate KPI reporting and development of innovative ways to leverage analytics to meet program goals
- Program manage Honeywell’s capital investment to support reduction initiatives. Partner with the energy leaders for each of Honeywell’s strategic businesses and other stakeholders to identify projects, develop business cases, secure funding approval and track execution
- Partner with Sustainability Council co-chair to define key strategies, KPIs and track progress to meet company’s stated goals
Job Requirements:
- BS/BA degree required – Business, Facilities Management, Energy/Sustainability, Real Estate, Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in real estate, facilities, energy/sustainability, or similar role preferred
- High level of project management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Energy and sustainability expertise – knowledge in how to drive reductions & efficiency across diverse commercial real estate portfolio
- Program and / or project management – experience leading programs & projects with large set of cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication skills – ability to deliver clear, concise presentations to senior leaders and key stakeholders to gain buy-in on key initiatives
Qualification & Experience:
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience
