Job Responsibilities:

  • On October 8, 2020, IBM announced its intention to separate the Managed Infrastructure Services (MIS) business of its Global Technology Services (GTS) segment into a new public company, Kyndryl, creating two industry-leading companies with strategic flexibility and focus to drive client and shareholder value.

  • Be part of this exciting opportunity as a Kyndryl Information Designer.
  • As an Information Designer within Kyndryl’s Strategic Growth Acceleration Centre you will apply the highest level of creativity, communications and information design skill to assist sales and pursuit teams to produce clear and compelling visual communication. You will serve as the key graphics designer on executive summaries and serve as overall ‘art director’ recommending the type of visual communication based on the solution and desired outcome of the team. You will work with the sales team, Technical Writer and Subject Matter Experts to build innovative collateral, and prepare content for our information library. Organizational and interpersonal skills, operating as a team player, and willingness to work under tight deadlines, are additional requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work well independently and in a team-based environment with local or regional teams in remote locations
  • Proficient in design and documentation development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Publisher and Microsoft Office.
  • Competent in defining, planning and managing design deliverables.
  • Familiarity with IT services business terminology (desired).
  • Field of study: Information Design, Graphics Design, Multi-media, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing and Advertisement.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Those considering these positions are typically from Graphic Design, digital/web design, GUI design, animation or video production, print or illustration role positions.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Required Education: University or college education, with design, illustration, multi-media work experience.
