Job Description The International IT Analyst is a key contributor from a solutions and project perspective in the work between in-country IT and US IT teams in order to align with the strategic direction of Global Planning. Job Responsibilities Responsible for development and maintenance of key team deliverables/dashboards/KPIs Conducts periodic audits for overall international solutions, planning and delivery functions Facilitates understanding between the International IT team and US Finance team regarding departmental financials Successfully manages / handle multiple delivery project simultaneously Oversees, coordinates and assists in the management of all facets of international delivery efforts to ensure milestones and deliverables are met within schedule, budget and quality ensured Manages vendor relationships ensuring cost control and timely deliverables Develops and coordinates budgetary, legal/compliance, and operational controls and associated metrics to measure success Participates in business transformation and change management Captures and analyzes customer needs and priorities and initiate delivery efforts Documents and manages risks, issues, assumptions, and constraints impacting international delivery efforts Communicates international modernization status to stakeholders Prioritizes global requirements effectively based on appropriately identified factors Organizes and synthesize large amounts of information provided by stakeholders Job Requirements Proven ability to develop and present a business case document and/or presentation to management Good understanding of Corporate IS policies, procedures and standards Must be available for evening, weekend, and Holiday work Up to 25% international travel may be required 1+ years of experience creating or utilizing business process models 2-5 years of experience in development and administration of project and team level financial budgeting and tracking 3-5 years of experience and commitment to applying project management methodologies Must have solid negotiation, delegation and team building skills Must be extremely responsive, with a strong sense of urgency Must possess and work with a positive attitude Familiar with Costco’s IS or similar project methodology, processes and procedures Must possess excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions Job Details Company: Costco Vacancy Type: Full-time Job Location: Issaqua, Washington Application Deadline: N/A APPLY HERE careers-trivia.net
