Job Description: The Analyst Backgrounds will report into the Supervisor Backgrounds and Relocation and will assist with all compliance-related areas of the hiring process, such as background checks, employment verification, orientation planning and management, and compliance audit support. You will be responsible for managing applicant background check submissions to our business partner, including education, employment, criminal history, FAA licenses, and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) for all hires, SIDA badge requests, and PRIA related forms for Pilots as appropriate. In this position, you will also assist with the collection and submission of fingerprints. As a key player at the end of a Candidate’s journey, you will play a critical role as the capstone to the Candidate experience by building trust through transparency and ensuring a fast and effective process.
