Job Description:
SAS is looking for an experienced change manager and project management expert to help us develop a holistic strategy around effective change management for a large, diverse, and fast-moving organization. This role will work to maximize the understanding and adoption of program and process changes while minimizing business disruption and employee confusion. The Program Manager will partner with leaders in the SAS organization to develop a framework for managing change while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help drive alignment on strategies and tactics across key groups and stakeholders.
- Enforce guardrails/SOPs for internal communications to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of messaging across and within business teams.
- Work with Change Management SMEs to help evangelize change management strategy and processes.
- Develop clear, concise communications using one or more formats/channels based on creating the maximum impact/understanding.
- Support end-to-end change management activities of programs and processes including, change impact analysis, stakeholder assessment, change readiness, leadership engagement, and change training.
- Execute change management and communications strategies for the organization and Selling Partners.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in program or project management
- Sound business judgment and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
- Success driving alignment across multiple stakeholder groups/teams; ability to influence without authority.
- 3+ years of internal communications/project management experience.
- Experience defining and driving adoption of change management policies and best practices.
- Experience defining and executing against program requirements
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong track record of effectively driving change through written communications.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in online retail, working with vendors or sellers.
- Experience building mechanisms from the ground up, including change/business readiness measures to evaluate progress towards vision and goals.
- Experience with change management concepts and methodologies (for example, PROSCI, human-centered change).
- Experience with digital content development tools (Articulate Storyline, Lectora, Captivate, Video Scribe etc.) and graphic design or image editing software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning, and process improvements.
