Job Description:

The Business Analyst will work alongside the Business Engagement Manager to ensure all Technology and Business requests are fully understood, requirements clearly documented and relevant business value identified.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong workshop facilitation skills Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodology project lifecycle experience Strong requirement elicitation techniques
• You’ll have experience in a Business Analysis role with a passion for analysis and for providing first class service to your customers through strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You will have experience of collating and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements, Strong planning, stakeholder management and scope control skills, with a flexible and “can do” attitude towards a variety of modelling/analysis tools, methods and standards e.g. Use cases, User stories, Business Process Modelling, Requirements Traceability, Process Mapping, Jira, Agile Ceremonies.

Job Requirements:

• Ideally some experience of Business & Technology Design and Business Transformation in SAP Implementation programmes
• Experience of process mapping and business requirements gathering
• Assist the QA team to define and execute testing requirements e.g. test script writing, review and execution
• Manage the traceability of all requirements (functional and non-functional) throughout the project lifecycle, including changes as a result of defects and CR’s
• Support the advancement of the Business Analysis Practice through being aware of Innovation in industry and global standards and recommending improvements to the function.
• Supports a Testing team in ensuring Functional Unit Testing, System Integration Testing and End to End Testing accurately represent the requirements of the business.
• Collaborate with key technical stakeholders e.g. Solution Architects, BAMS’ and Solution Designers to ensure approved requirements (functional and non-functional) are accurately reflected in technical and testing artefacts
• Challenge appropriately where requirements are not obviously satisfied and lead negotiations with team members to resolve any conflict
• BCS BA or equivalent
• Experience with project tracking tools (eg JIRA), process mapping tools / diagramming tools (eg Visio)
