From time to time, you’ll provide your expertise, advice and support to other IT groups, and contribute to the development, maintenance and delivery of IT projects, services and products. You’ll help clients resolve hardware or software problems, even troubleshoot multi-media issues, providing service and support in person, through e-mail, or by telephone. All of our work is hands-on and requires strong client service skills. As a Technical Service Centre Agent on our IT Service Delivery team, you’ll be keeping us up and running by providing IT client support services across the CNSC.
