Job Description: This is a guest facing role in which you will operate as a key member of the Lodges & Campsite team, at times taking full responsibility for the running of the operation and supervising the team to deliver. You will support the manager to deliver a first rate guest experience through the focus on the delivery of market leading customer service Job Responsibilities: You will be a self-motivated individual who openly demonstrates a drive for delivering a great guest experience, leading by example to ensure their team echoes this philosophy. A strong communicator who demonstrates a flexible and positive approach to tasks and uses skills and knowledge to support and develop others. During the ‘shoulder season’, as the staffing numbers reduce in line with occupancy, flexibility and industriousness is a key attribute, along with a willingness to support the areas across the estate.
