Job Description: The Mill HRBP is both a strategic and hands on role through partnering with the Business Leaders and employees on day to day HR guidance and support to help develop and deliver the people strategy and business solutions. Strong Collaboration with other parts of HR to align key priorities with the business and to deliver professional service. This role supports and collaborates with Mill Managers and Team leaders, HR, employees, and HR Center of Excellence teams. The Mill HRBP is a leadership role within the manufacturing facility and reports directly into the HR Site Leader at the mill. Job Responsibilities: Lead or contract for organizational design, lead execution of job and people elements of the design and measure results Lead manager onboarding (for executives) in partnership with the leader Lead or contract for leader & team effectiveness interventions, ensure execution and measure results (includes team assimilation) Provide coaching for mill leadership, on onboarding, performance, and career development Identify learning and development needs for Leaders and participate in planning process and implementation (should include partnering with L&D on corporate initiatives i.e. COC or COA) Identify business compensation needs and partner with COE to find solutions and/or provide compensation consulting to leaders, to attract and retain team members Develop workforce plans (long term and short term) in partnership global workforce planning team, Team Leader, and regional/function leadership Develop and manage the organization talent strategy which includes Talent Acquisition, D&I strategy, Workforce Planning, Organizational effectiveness, Talent Management, KPIs, Retention and Recognition Planning & Culture Provide HR leadership to K-C special projects & corporate initiatives Supporting end-to-end performance management process for hourly workers Provide business requirements and input to cascade people strategy Job Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and at least 5 years’ similar HR experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience being the expert and agent on people challenges, with a key focus on talent, performance, organizational effectiveness, and change management Must have demonstrated capability in problem solving, conflict resolution and working within site culture.
