This exciting role is in our Group People Insights team at Lloyds Banking Group as Beeline MI developer/manager, focusing on maintaining and leading our Beeline (Non Perm Worker – NPW) reporting suite. This is a new strategic system for the GPI team and thus we require a strong candidate with a background in MI development and strong customer delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the team report in a timely manner for all NPW reporting.
• Take an active role in building advocacy for Group People Insights and our products across the division and the Group;
• Champion and embed new ways of working across the team, examining the wider marketplace for techniques that may be applicable within LBG;
• Play an active role in the continuing evolution of Group People Insight, influencing improvements to operating models, team collaboration, and our processes and procedures;
• Taking ownership for the development of personal capability and the capabilities of the team;
• SME that responds to any process change requirements as a result of changes to NPW reporting and keeps up to date with the latest regulations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience building and controlling MI reporting
• High level of understanding of how People systems work together
